I am licensed to practice in Iowa as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), license #123473. I am based in the Des Moines area and serve clients throughout the state. While my training happened in the Pacific Northwest, I grew up in the Midwest and am raising my family here. I appreciate the physical spaciousness, the slower pace of life, and being closer to family. My nervous system rests here and allows me to show up well and fully with those I serve.
