Individual Therapy Sessions

I offer psychotherapy for individuals via telehealth. I believe therapy works best with a consistent rhythm and start all clients at a weekly frequency.

My session rate is $150. I do have some sliding scale spots available. I also provide a 20 minute free consultation call to see if we could be a good fit.

Insurance

Washington Clients:

I am INN with Premera, Lifewise, Kaiser, and First Choice. I can also provide superbills for OON submission.

Iowa Clients:

I am INN with Wellmark BCBS. I can also provide superbills for OON submission.
